The history includes information on Cape authorities, early postmasters and postal contractors and lists of post offices as well as the definitive examples of postmarks. A fine copy bound in beige cloth, brown paper label lettered in black, spine lettering black, all edges gilt, in a fine cloth covered slipcase.
