>1st edition, published by the University of Otago Press in Dunedin, New Zealand, 1998. Paperback. In fine condition. The softcover is slightly worn around the edges, but is otherwise undamaged. There is a small inscription penned by a previous owner on the flyleaf. Some tanning and quite severe foxing visible on the inside pages.
