Set of four (4) items: two (2) books and two (2) record albums 1. Educator's Edition: 4to size pictorial hardcover; 16 page Educator's Guide followed by 93 page Student Workbook. Order blanks for workbooks are paperclipped to fep. A pocket inside front cover and one inside back cover holds the record albums. The teacher's guide provides the record scripts and examples of how to use them. Quite a bit of edgewear and some rubbing wear to covers. 2. Student Workbook: 4to size paperback with photo illustrated cover; 93 pages with black and white illustrations and many charts and fill-ins (all blank and unused.) Edgewear, moderate wear to covers. Two teeny spots inside front cover caused by paperclip. 3. Record 1: 33 1/3 RPM record (which is the size of a 45) contains 3 lessons on each side: 1. Loving: Parents arguing about getting up to feed infant 2. Caring: Babysitter interacting with child (negative) 3. Nourishing: Feeding Child (negative situation) 4. Nourishing: Feeding Child (positive situation) 5. Clothing: Father and child shopping for coat 6. Communicating: Boy brings home report card 4. SHIPPING and HANDLING CHARGES: Shipping and handling is subject to increase for any item weighing more than two (2) pounds, this applies to both foreign and domestic shipments. Shipping of heavy books outside of the United States can be extremely expensive. Please feel free to email for a shipping quote in advance of your purchase.

HIGH VALUE ITEMS do not ship at standard shipping prices and require Priority Mail Shipping on items shipped outside the United States.

NAME AND ADDRESS: We do not ship to mononyms. You must provide your first and last name for proper delivery. Packages shipping to a business must include the full name of the person authorized to receive the packages. If a name is incomplete or missing, we will contact you by email for more information.

Please carefully input or review your address. If the address is incomplete, or if our label provider cannot verify your address, we will contact you by email for more information.

If there is a name or address discrepancy and you do not respond to our, or to Biblio's, request for information, your purchase will be cancelled.

RETURNS: Returns are accepted in original packaging with advance Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA.) If a return is required, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and more information. Refund of the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee will be issued upon receipt of the item in as sold condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

We certainly hope you are happy with your purchase. We will accept your return if you are not. However, if you make a fraudulent return to avoid our restocking fee by claiming the item is damaged, or you cause damage to the item and then return it, we will not issue a refund. We will report anyone violating this policy and we may also pursue legal action.

BUYING A GIFT?: We're happy to include a gift card or your note at no extra cost. We don't ship anonymous gifts.

BOOKSELLERS: We'll ship directly to your customer, if you wish, at no additional cost, as long as you include your own invoice which you can supply via Word or PDF.

CHARITY: We're selling to benefit our 501(c)(3)organization and 100% of your purchase from us benefits our programs and supports literacy, libraries and life-long learning. Please don't confuse our organization with the charitable solicitations you see on this website. Don't round up your purchase thinking we will receive the donation. Any monies you donate through this website will not go to our programs.
