Slightly curled, otherwise Near Fine.
"Pittsburgh: Lone picket Amiel Mincer, of Gibsonia, PA. stands outside the Pennsylvania Railroad Station here March 31st at start of railroad strike against eight major trunk lines. The strike was called by the Brotherhood of Locomotive Fireman and Engineman in a new eruption of the dispute over the elimination of firemen from locomotive crews."
