Behzad Razavi is a technical staff member at AT&T Bell Laboratories in Holmdel, New Jersey. He has had several IEEE papers published, including: "A 12-bit 10-MHz BiCMOS Comparator," "Design Techniques for High-Speed, High-Resolution Comparators," and "Low-Voltage Techniques for High-Speed Digital Bipolar Circuits."
