Scattered light foxing, tasteful bookplate on the front pastedown; top 2 inches of leather on spine lacking, front hinge rubbed but tight. Very Good. Arthur Rackham. Quarto (9" x 11-3/4") in 3/4 navy blue morocco leather and marbled boards, top edge gilt, marbled endpapers. First edition in French, translated by Charles Guyot, of this selection of Grimm's Tales illustrated by Arthur Rackham. With 16 full-page color plates with captioned tissue guards, as well as 6 full-page black & white illustrations and 8 black & white text drawings. Copy #468 of 1300.
