London: Michael Joseph, (1952). First edition. From the collection of sports writer Paul "Dr. Z" Zimmerman with his penciled notations on rear endpaper and corresponding passages marked in pencil in margins. Near fine with gilt spine lettering a little rubbed. In very good, price-clipped dust jacket with few small chips and tears and 1/4" tear at head of spine (not affecting lettering).
