About This Item
Radiological Review Publishing Company; Quincy, Illinois; 1932. First edition. INSCRIBED and SIGNED by Harold Swanberg (who has pasted a 1932 Christmas stamp below his signature) on the front free endpaper. Dark blue cloth-covered boards, gilt spine and front board lettering, 8 x 5 1/2 inches, 127 pp., index. Good (some patchy erosion of sizing of cloth indicative of insect damage; mild edge wear; mild browning of pages due to inherent quality of paper used --- paper not brittle; otherwise, pages clean and binding tight). Interesting history of medicine and radiology. Maxims and quotations in general radiology, roentgen diagnosis and radiation therapy. Scarce, especially signed. (3214002). Signed by Author(s). F. Hardcover.
