About This Item
New York: Carlton Press, Inc., 1970. Hardcover. Good. Signed and inscribed by the author on the front free endpaper, "1970 To that cheery, bustling dear little lady - Mari. Fondly, Phyl Fryburg." Tan cloth hardcover, lacking dustjacket. A good only copy with staining and darkening to the light cloth covers, and a small roundish scar to the bottom of the rear board, spineward. The interior is much better, clean and unmarked other than the author's inscription. Hinges are solid, binding lacks tightness. 93 pp., a strange little book - part family story, part biblical adages, idioms and commandments. A remnant of the "way things used to be."
