Smith & Durrell, 1940. Hardcover. Good. Two volumes. Black cloth with silver titles and decoration, with gentle wear and age-soiling, spines toned. Spines square. Bindings sound. Page edges toned, and stained to bottom of textblock. Prior owner's name rubber-stamped at both endsheets of both volumes, with small notation in pen to both rear paste downs, '15' to FFEP of supplement in black crayon or grease pencil, and small early bookseller's ticket at bottom of FFEP in the Record Book. Interiors else clean - pages are toned, but the texts are unmarked.
