Guilford: Lyons Press, 2003. First edition. Hardcover. Near fine/near fine. Octavo (23.5 cm), pp. 299. Signed and dated 2003 by author on title page. Maroon boards with brown quarter-cloth and gilt spine text. Jacket illustration by Russell Chatham. Minor bumping to spine and front board has very light rubbing to bottom edge. Jacket shows simlar bumping and light rubbing on back. The only novel by the highly-acclaimed outdoor sportsman, author, filmmaker and member of "the sporting club" of fishing writers and artists including Tom McGuane, Jim Harrison and Chatham. Signed copies of any of this author's books are scarce in the trade.
