Including essays on authors such as Thomas Hardy, Emily Bronte, Ivan Turgenev, and topics including on being a prisoner, on being born now, and on Nausicaa and the pelicans among many others.Complete with its unclipped dust wrapper, uncommon particularly in such lovely condition. In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally lovely, only minor shelf wear. Internally, firmly bound. The dust wrapper is unclipped and excellent with minor shelf wear only, a touch of sunning to the spine and light minor spotting to the wraps. Internally, firmly bound.
