About This Item
Synopsis
This book should not be confused with the Star Trek novel ' by Greg Cox. To Reign in Hell is a 1984 fantasy novel by American writer Steven Brust. It deals with the revolt of angels in Heaven from a point of view that is primarily slanted towards humanising Satan, sharing many views in common with the belief system of Satanism, a main point of which is Satan is actually the one humanity should turn to. The novel appears to be heavily influenced by John Milton's Paradise Lost.
