About the author

Emma Randles is a private tutor from Wrexham, UK, who teaches in psychology, and is completing her PhD in cancer research at Wrexham University, associated with the Wrexham Maelor Academic Unit of Medical and Surgical Sciences. She has a first-class honours degree in Psychology with Neuropsychology and gained a distinction in her MSc in Biomedical Science. She recently won an award from Bangor University for her BSc research, which was neuropsychology-based. Being diagnosed with dyslexia has enabled her to find her own unique learning style, and she is passionate about helping students find their own learning techniques that suit their needs and allow them to excel.
