He is the author of Mediation, Revenge, and the Magic of Forgiveness, and, with Joan Goldsmith, coauthor of Thank God It's Monday! JOAN GOLDSMITH, Doctor of Humane Letters, has been an organizational consultant and educator for thirty years, specializing in leadership, development, organizational change, conflict resolution, and team building.
