Ottawa, ON: Government Printing Bureau, 1914. A fair bit of rubbing and soilage, and lightly bumped corners. Staples rusted. Vertically creased at center throughout book. Very light foxing last three leaves. Light tanning throughout. This 42 page manual was obviously designed to fit in a uniform pocket. Considering its age, condition is remarkable.. Reprint.
