About Turtleman Used Books Washington, United States

Biblio member since 2018

Thanks for visiting Turtleman Books.

Turtleman Used Books in Olympia, WA opened on August 1st of 2022. Address is 108 22nd Ave SW, Olympia, WA 98501. Suite #4. This is a small shop, so some books may only be displayed online, others only displayed in the store. Come on by if you are in town. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

About shipping: For domestic shipping, I have included the cost of shipping oversized books into the list price. In the case of expedited shipping, the scheduled prices are an estimate and may need to be higher for oversized books and multibook sets. If the cost of expedited shipping is substantially less than the charged price, I will issue a reduction. For international shipping, the best bet is using Biblio's export consolidation center. This however only works for books that will ship at less than four pounds (1.81 kg). I have marked most of my heavier books as "not available for international shipping", but this is not exactly true. International shipping is incredibly expensive but is available. My shipping fee schedule for international orders outside of the export center is nothing more than a guess and will be adjusted up or down upon ordering depending on the actual costs. Contact me at turtlemanbooks@gmail.com if you have questions.

All my photographs are of the actual product, taken by my trusty little Kindle Fire. Currently we have over 3100 books offered for sale online, with more being added daily. Check back frequently to see what's new. -----

Terms of Sale:

30 day return guarantee, with full refund including original shipping costs for up to 30 days after delivery if an item arrives misdescribed or damaged. Buyer responsible for return postage. Due to recently enacted packaging rules, I cannot ship to Germany. (Too expensive.)

Reader reviews for The Rivalry

From the publisher

"New York Times" bestselling sportswriter John Feinstein investigates a covert op at the Army-Navy football game in this exciting sports mystery.
The Black Knights of Army and the Midshipmen of Navy have met on the football field since 1890, and it's a rivalry like no other, filled with tradition.
Teen sports reporters Stevie and Susan Carol have been busy at West Point and Annapolis, getting to know the players and coaches--and the Secret Service agents. Since the president will be attending the game, security will be tighter than tight. Weeks and months have been spent on training and planning and reporting to get them all to this moment. But when game day arrives, the refs aren't the only ones crying foul. . . .
John Feinstein has been praised as "the best writer of sports books in America today" ("The Boston Globe"), and he proves it again in this fast-paced novel.
