About This Item

An incredibly smart copy of this profusely illustrated work on Russian Soviet artist Alexander Rodchenko, in the original unclipped dust wrapper. A fantastic copy of this comprehensive work on Russian Soviet artist Alexander Rodchenko (1891-1956). Rodchenko was one of the founders of constructivism and suprematism, and is known as one of the prominent figures of Russian and Soviet design. The first edition of this work. Containing two hundred and eleven in-text illustrations, may of which are in colour.Written by German Karginov. In the publisher's original unclipped dust wrapper. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, excellent, with just a small mark to the rear board, otherwise no discernible shelf wear. Original unclipped dust wrapper is lovely and bright, with just light edgewear and a very small closed tear to the head of the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. Fine
