Very Good/no dustwrapper. large 8vo. colour frontispiece/b&w illustrations Scarce Collector's Edition of Rowland Ward's Records of Big Game XVIth Edition (Africa), being No. 1 of only 100 copies, signed by editors Anthony Best and Major W.G. Raw; bound in full blue leather with raised bands and six compartments to spine, marbled endpapers, ornate devices and gilt titling to spine, RWXVI and antelope motif in gilt to front board, gilt borders to front and rear, all edges gilt; colour frontispiece illustration with titled tissue-guard, and b&w illustrations in text; chapters on Duikers, Impalas, Sheep and Goats, Oxen, Elephants, Cats, Deer, and much more; Very Good tight and clean throughout; minor worn spot to head of spine, a little dulling of gilt to spine.
