London: W.H. Allen & Co. Ltd., 1961. Clean red cloth on boards with gilt titles. Edges: light few only foxings and faint dusting of soiling. Small booksellers stamp to fep foot. Faint few only foxings to a few pages margins mostly. B/w glossy illustrations. Binding is As New albeit only very slighlty cocked. 224p Dj: moderate soiling, rubbing and scratches. Spine: mildly sunned; head & foot with open wear, small splits & chips. Head & foot of flaps spines with wear, chips and splits; front flap spine bottom half with 7cm open split. Price-cut to front flap foot.. First Edition. Hb. VG/VG.
