This was a reissue of the American impression with a new English title leaf. Doubleday, Doran sheets consisting of 1000 copies were sent to London in 1928. (Stott, p99) Minor bumping to cloth at spine head and leading edge, slightly flared boards, faint signs of damp to spine, slight foxing to endpages/edges. Sound and unmarked. The DJ in mylar is toned, nicked to spine ends, lightly rubbed. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall .
