About This Item
University of Florida Press, 1958. Hardcover. Very Good. 1958 hardcover with dust jacket. Has perhaps never been read, and still shows bright, unmarked, well-bound pages. Charcoal-colored cloth in excellent condition with nice edges and corners, and bright gilt-stamped titles along the spine. Jacket is edge-worn with a short edge tear at bottom jacket front, but remains clean overall. This is NOT an ex-library book and not a remainder. A very good, sturdy and very useful copy. Memoir of author's experiences in Santa Cruz Etla, Oaxaca, Mexico by social scientist Dr Helen Miller Bailey, an American specialist in Latin American sociology. Endpaper maps. 292 pages, photo-illustated throughout.
