Signed. First Edition. Near Fine / very good. Book is in excellent condition, nearly unread. Dust jacket has a half inch tear at the top front, a wrinkle at the top spine and edge wear at the top corners. Sarah was one of the builders of Dallas after she moved there is 1844. She built everything and was the city's first millionaire. The late Vivian Castleberry was a Dallas historian and prolific writer. The author has dated, inscribed and signed on the front free end page.
