This eighteenth annual issue of The Saturday Book contains over a hundred pages of illustrations in colour and black-and-white, the largest number of illustrations ever presented in this unique miscellany of the beautiful and the bizarre, the companionable and the curious. The book includes an article by John Betjeman, cartoon drawing by Bentley, and also an article by Richard Church.
