Hurst and Blackett, 1953. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1953. First Edition. 256 pages. No dust jacket. Signed by the author. Blue cloth. Flat signed by the author to front endpaper. Pages are lightly tanned and thumbed at the edges, with light foxing. Binding has remained firm. Front endpaper, half title page and p256 intensely foxed and tanned. Pencil price to front endpaper. Boards are a little rub worn, slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are mildly crushed. Moderate tanning to spine and edges. Boards are slightly bowed. Book has a forward lean. Mildly dust-marked overall.
