NF/VG++. 1st UK Edition. 12.7 x 19cm red boards with gilt stamped titles to the spine. 156 (4)pp. With original yellow unclipped jacket with a 90p sticker placed over the original 18/- price. A near fine book bright and clean without name, inscription or bookplate. The dust jacket is very good plus with a hint or dust staining and a little toning to the spine. There is a tiny 2mm closed tear to the top of the front panel and a hint or creasing to the spine tips. First published under the title A Study in Terror in the USA, this Sherlock Holmes pastiche presents very well in its clear removable jacket (not shown in images).
