Illustrated with 6 black/white plates and a color frontispiece and title page. Hardcover. Decorated red boards soiled and shelfworn, with much wear and chipping away of strip strip along gutters and spine edges, with edge points worn to boards. Internally a previous owners inscription to top of 1st free end-page but other wise clean. The binding is tight but slightly cocked, with hinges intact.
