Letter, 1990. Letter. Very Good. Unmarked. Signed letter from the artist Gordon Onslow Ford (1912-2003) to writer/artist Amy Ione in response to an article about his work. Folded into four panels. Includes comments on his view of art theories. British-born painter Gordon Onslow Ford was the youngest and last surviving member of the original Surrealist artistic group, led by the poet André Breton. Also included in the group were Matta, Joan Miro, Marcel Duchamp, Yves Tanguy, Jean Arp, and Salvador Dali.
