New York: Appleton, 1939. Second Edition . Green Cloth. Very Good/Fair. Bright green cloth with gold titles, slight lean, minor shelfwear to edges, clean and unmarked. Jacket is a bit frayed at edges (art and titles unaffected), faint stain top back, not price clipped. Story of a young Texas girl who goes to NY to study art. Miller, originally from Michigan, was a very popular author in the 1930s-40s. photos on request.
