About This Item
New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1940. Students Edition. Hardcover. Good/Missing. 8x5x1. Charles Scribner's Sons, New York, 1940. Students' Edition. In English, translated by A.H.C. Downes. Previous owner's name in pencil on front endpaper (I would erase it but the name is Jerome Downes. Though I doubt they were related to the translator I still found it interesting enough to let the buyer decide if they want to erase it.). Text has occasional pencil and very occasional red pencil. Red cloth boards are soiled. Light wear, light bumping to corners. Binding is tight, sturdy, and square. From a private collection. Ships same or next business day from Dinkytown in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
