Complete in two volumes. First edition. A detailed study of bird migration with notes on ancient and modern views, on the British Isles, on the geographical aspects of British bird migration. With maps and weather charts. Volume one is illustrated with frontispiece and eight plates. Volume two is illustrated with frontispiece and fifteen plates. Collated complete. Written by William Eagle Clarke, a British ornithologist. In the original green cloth binding. Externally, smart with rubbing and minor bumping to the extremities. Minor fading to the spine and the odd mark to the board. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd spot. Contemporary ink inscription to the front endpaper dated 1921. Very Good
