London : Frederick Warne, 1911. First edition. Hardcover. Good +. Brooke. L. Leslie. An Old Rhyme With new Drawings’. Tan boards with dark red titles on spine and front, tipped in coloured illustration of a carrion crow in a tree on the front. Unpaginated, with 6 coloured plates, and black and white line drawings. Pictorial endpapers of the sow and the crow. Tears to the top and base of the spine, otherwise light edge wear. A couple of ink marks on endpapers. Inside the plates are clean and bright, a couple marks on the other pages, but generally very good. An attractive book and at the end, a very happy looking pig.
