New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1947. 1st Edition . Cloth. Good/Fair. 8vo. xv, 176 pp. Inscribed at a later date on front free endpaper and signed "Hal Bynner." Bynner has also penciled corrections in several poems and made further notes on verso of rear free endpaper. Moisture stains along upper edges of boards, with mild related rippling (but no stains) to some upper margins; page edges tanned, small tear at upper edge of one leaf. Jacket Fair only (darkened at spine and folds, with small stains on spine; and numerous nicks, chips and tears). First Edition.
