Scare First American First Edition, 1924,excellent book on early New Mexico , 257 pages with illustrated frontispiece of R. B. Townshend plus 15 vintage black and white photographs. Book is FINE, publisher's maroon cloth with very bright gilt title to spine, very clean, exceptionally bright, tight and square, Very clean end papers with No previous owner bookplate or writing. Scarce Jacket is near Fine, two small edge tears else Fine, original $3.50 price is on spine, shows almost as new in new mylar sleeve. Spectacular First Edition, found in Sux-Guns 2231 and Herd 2322. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall.
