New York: Harcourt, Brace & World. Hardcover. Very Good/good. Signed, inscribed, and dated in blue ink by "Dick" Wilbur on the front flyleaf. Appears to be a later printing, ca. 1964. Cloth hardcover in dust jacket, 50 pp., clean unmarked text, Very Good copy in Good dust jacket, a bit of mustiness to the book, light soiling or age-toning to the outer pages and page-edges, some soiling or discoloration to the covers, light soiling or discoloration to the dust jacket, rubbing and wear to the dust jacket including creasing, tearing, and a bit of loss. Dust jacket housed in archival dust jacket protector. Uncommon signed like this.  Winner of the 1957 Pulitzer and National Book Award.
