Light blue coloured cloth covered boards with ochre coloured inserts to the back strip and within those inserts silver coloured titles. Humans, as the inimitable, James Thurber saw them. Softening to the back strip edges with rubbing of the book corners and lower book edges. Handling marks and stains to the book panels with sunning of the back strip and rubbing of the titling. Light browning to the text block edges and pages. Offset tanning and scattered foxing to the endpapers. Original bookseller's sticker to the lower right hand corner of the front paste-down – this has ghosted on to the free front endpaper. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. [8], IX - XIII, [1] 240 pages,.
