Publisher's printed tri-fold, cardstock pamphlet-folder. Middle pocket of folder Includes 13 laid in pages of poetry and artwork, unstappled and unbound, as issued. Cover artwork dated 1969 by Capobianco. Pamplet-folder with very light wrinkle on inside pocket; light shelfwear. Glossy pages bright and crisp. Each page contains a different poem.
