About the author

Tracy Verdev was born in West Allis, Wisconsin in 1971, in between her older sister and younger brother. Her family moved north to Park Falls, Wisconsin before her first birthday, and that is where she grew up. She loves the outdoors and the country, but also has a passion for the city. Tracy has always loved to write, and dabbles in other art forms as well. She lives in southeastern Wisconsin with her husband, two teenage children, their cat Ingrid, and their dog Jack.
