First edition. 8vo. 194 pp. Publisher's dark brown cloth, gilt lettered to the spine, dust jacket, the original price sometime crossed and a lower price annotated above. 53 black and white photographic illustrations, some two or more to a page plus two full page maps. Some mostly mild wear to the jacket, else very good. An account of the underwater investigation of an eighteenth century wreck of a Muslim trading ship laden Mogul silver off the coast of Sri Lanka.
