Throughout the book Robert Ingpens' evocative illustrations are used, either coloured or two toned. Some illustrations are double paged. Coloured endpapers and the first 8 pages paper are of a yellow (buff) colour. Dull green boards with white writing on spine. Illustrated dustwrapper, by Robert Ingpen, with black & white writing on the front panel and spine. In this book Michael Page, along with marvellous illustrations by Robert Ingpen, portray 59 turning points which fashioned Australia. There is at the top left hand corner of the rear panel a faint blue smudge, otherwise, the book and dust jacket show no damage. Size: Folio ( 12"- 15" tall ).
