Prospectus loosely inserted. A fine copy. The binding is a full crushed red moracco with black goat leather and blue crushed moracco onlaid leather strips. Gilt dotted tooling. Duel moracco and goat spine label with 'Michael Wilcox' stamped in gilt. Handmade leather headbands. Stamped by the binder on the rear pastedown 'Don Etherington'. The book is housed in a custom cloth-covered boards clamshell box with a leather spine label with the title stamped in gilt. An overall spectacular binding.
