Good. - Small octavo, boards backed & edged with brown cloth tape with a printed tan label on the front board & a plain tan label on the rear board. The front board is darkened & soiled with an owner's faded name along the bottom edge. The rear board is slightly darkened & lightly soiled with a small stain. 261 pages. There is a light vertical crease to the title with a chip out of the top corner & the bottom corner is lightly creased. Good.
