London: Edward Arnold, 1910. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. FIRST EDITION 1910. Rebound in textured purple cloth with gilt lettering spine. Complete with all plates, maps, pages. The text block has been slightly trimmed. Old owner name and date 1912 on blank FFEP otherwise no owner marks or writing on any pages. Fading spine. Light foxing on several pages mainly opposite photo plates. Paper cracked at inside hinges but binding mesh is strong and holding well. The book measures 218mm tall x 150mm and has 335 pages + 20 pages of ads at end, 60 b/w photos, colored folding map at end, index. PHOTOS ARE OF THE ACTUAL ITEM BEING OFFERED
