Rear cover has burn marks and the bottom of the text block has similar browning. The inside pages are fine and not burnt or browned other than the bottom margin of the last few pages and the rear EPs. The pages are clean, have no foxing, no loss, no owner marks or writing on any pages, tight binding. Other than the browning rear cover and bottom of the text block the book is in excellent condition. The book does not have a smoky smell except when one's nose is pressed against the bottom of the text block (even then the scent is very slight). Flipping the pages creates no odor. This book suffered the damage while packed in a box that was super-heated on the bottom.
