About This Item

[No place, 1942. Softcover. Near Fine. Quartos. Bradbound typed leaves printed rectos only. Combination ribbon and carbon copies. Scripts have the printed admonition "Restricted for Army Use Only" and both are stamped as "Master Copy as Recorded." Heavily edited in ink and blue pencil. Both episodes also starred Frances Langford, Jerry Colona, and Skinny Ennis and his Orchestra. Each show had elements of a Christmas theme. The text of one script references Hope 1942 film *Road to Morocco*, and additionally it seems consistent with Pepsodent Toothpaste's sponsorship of the show, thus our attribution of date. Two scripts that were obviously used in the recording of the shows, and presumably rare.
