About This Item

("Rockwell Kent") in black fountain pen ink on personal letterhead, Ausable Forks, New York, February 14, 1931. 8" x 10 1/4", 1 page (recto only). Fine, fresh example. To Mr. G. Kemse Greenwood Book Shop 397 Delaware Avenue Wilmington, Delaware Kent informs a book dealer of a delay. In full: "The carrying out of the book-ends had to be postponed on account of the pressure of other work. I don't know when they will come out, but it won't be in the near future. Sincerely yours. . ." As far as we can determine, Kent never did produce any book-ends.. Signed by Author(s). No Binding. Fine.
