Appears to be signed and inscribed by author (first name only): "To the super Thomases all fondest, John, 4-7-72." Red boards with tear spine and gilt accents; some bumping and fraying at spine edges. Firm binding; no loose pages. Edges and pages are tanned, with uneven tanning inside covers. Price-clipped dust jacket with sunning, rubbing, chips and tears; now encased in a clear, protective cover.
