Apparently limited to 200 numbered copies but there is no limitation number stamped on the colophon page. Published November 30, 1967. Presumed first printing. Set in type in Switzerland. Printed and presumed bound in Switzerland. Beige linen [or linen-like] cloth binding, with crisp black-stamped lettering to the front board. Unbumped spine head and tail, with sharp corners. 12.25 x 9.25 inches. Text block firmly bound in. 327 numbered pages interspersed with plates and illustrations and followed by a Plates section of heavy, glossy coated stock with numerous illustrations, including 32 tipped-in color plates, An exceptionally clean copy, and very tight. Very gently read. Lovely pictorial DJ, unclipped. Just a hint of rubbing to the DJ. Evenly sunned DJ spine. DJ in a clear Mylar DJ protector. A Very Good Plus copy in a Very Good Plus DJ. A very heavy book. A rare work on the Dutch artist and painter Van Dongen.
