It was written by hand, never published formally as a magazine, and was created weekly from 1949 until the end of 1951. There were over 100 issues all in, composed mostly by Paul Colinet, Rene Magritte, Marcel Marien, Irene Hamoir, and Pierre Alechinsky, among others. Acting as Editor, Colinet sent each issue of the magazine in mock-up to his nephew, the artist Robert Willems. Each issue contained illustrations, handwritten poems, texts, news items, jokes, drawings, collages, and newspaper cuttings.
