NY: The Macmillan Company. VG+. 1963. 1st American Edition. Hardcover. Stated first American edition bound in bright blue cloth with yellow a nd black spine lettering. A VG+ copy in a Very Good dust jacket. Tiny rubs to the book's corners. There is a 2 1/2" diagonal crease to the front fly leaf's upper right corner. The dust jacket has rubs to the c orners. Rubbing and fraying along the head and heel of the jacket's sp ine. Dust soiling to the rear panel. The original book price on the in ner front flap has been inked over. .
